Hrvoje Zirojević personally designed our new menu and spent time at Coral educating and mentoring our kitchen team, sharing his knowledge, experience, and philosophy of cooking.
Known as one of the greatest gourmands and chefs of Croatia, his approach is deeply rooted in authentic Croatian tradition, presented in a modern and creative way.
Through this collaboration, our professionally trained staff had the opportunity to learn directly from a master chef whose signature dishes are recognized throughout Croatia and beyond.
