Anulaci\u00f3n y reembolso<\/h4>\nLas reservas entran en vigor legal a trav\u00e9s de la recepci\u00f3n del pago como se describe en el punto 2.\nDe conformidad con el art\u00edculo 79 de la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n del Consumidor de Croacia, el cliente puede cancelar la reserva en cualquier momento, pero el proveedor del servicio (The Coral d.o.o.) se reserva el derecho de no efectuar el reembolso y ofrecer al cliente una soluci\u00f3n alternativa, proporcion\u00e1ndole un vale por el importe pagado. El cliente puede utilizar el vale en cualquier momento para cualquier otro servicio, despu\u00e9s de comprobar la disponibilidad en la fecha elegida con el proveedor del servicio (The Coral d.o.o.).\n<h4>4. Duraci\u00f3n del arrendamiento<\/h4>\nLa duraci\u00f3n del arrendamiento finaliza el mismo d\u00eda del arrendamiento a la hora de cierre del Coral Beach Club. Los horarios de cierre est\u00e1n disponibles en el sitio web del Coral Beach Club.\n<h4>5. N\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de personas<\/h4>\nEl n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de personas por tumbona depende del tipo de tumbona. Una tumbona individual est\u00e1 limitada a una persona. Una tumbona doble est\u00e1 limitada a 2 personas.\n<h4>6. Inventario<\/h4>\nEl arrendatario se compromete a tratar con cuidado el objeto de arrendamiento y el inventario. El arrendatario tambi\u00e9n se compromete a indemnizar por los da\u00f1os de los que pueda ser personalmente responsable. Los da\u00f1os o reclamaciones deber\u00e1n ser comunicados al personal del Coral Beach Club cuando \u00e9stos se produzcan o hayan sido advertidos, a fin de que dichos da\u00f1os puedan ser eliminados. Le informamos de que las toallas y fundas protectoras de colch\u00f3n proporcionadas por el club s\u00f3lo deben utilizarse con respecto a las tumbonas. No deben utilizarse como colchoneta de playa ni como coj\u00edn para mascotas. Las tumbonas s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n utilizarse cuando se utilicen fundas de colch\u00f3n. No est\u00e1 permitido utilizar toallas como funda. El mobiliario de jard\u00edn, como sillas, tumbonas, sombrillas, etc., no podr\u00e1 retirarse del recinto.\n<h4>7. Responsabilidad<\/h4>\na) Si por razones ajenas a las competencias de la empresa \"The Coral d.o.o.\" una tumbona no estuviera disponible, \"The Coral d.o.o.\" se reserva el derecho de realizar un traspaso de arrendamiento, arrendando al arrendatario una tumbona equivalente o de rescindir el contrato de arrendamiento y reembolsar el importe pagado. \"La Coral d.o.o.\" o sus socios no podr\u00e1n ser considerados responsables de la reducci\u00f3n del valor del arrendamiento por aumento temporal de la emisi\u00f3n de ruidos (por ejemplo: obras de construcci\u00f3n, desv\u00edos de tr\u00e1fico) o deficiencia temporal de los electrodom\u00e9sticos o deficiencias en el suministro de agua y electricidad. Otras posibles reclamaciones por da\u00f1os y perjuicios s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n reclamarse hasta el precio de arrendamiento acordado por contrato.\nb) \"La Coral d.o.o.\" no se hace responsable de los da\u00f1os (accidentes, p\u00e9rdidas, retrasos, etc.)\n<h4>8. Cambios<\/h4>\nNos reservamos el derecho a modificar la informaci\u00f3n y los precios que figuran en las presentes Condiciones Generales. \"La Coral d.o.o.\" se reserva el derecho de ajustar los precios en funci\u00f3n de las fluctuaciones monetarias o cambios de divisa, incluso en el contexto de la crisis del euro.\n<h4>9. 9. Pol\u00edtica de privacidad<\/h4>\nLa empresa \"The Coral d.o.o.\" trata los datos privados de los clientes de acuerdo con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente. Los datos se introducen en nuestro sistema electr\u00f3nico y no se transmiten a terceros. Esto excluye los casos en que estamos legalmente obligados a hacerlo.\n<h4>10. Lugar de jurisdicci\u00f3n<\/h4>\nDubrovnik-Croacia\nCondiciones de uso\n- El precio incluye toallas limpias y una funda para el colch\u00f3n.\n- Un camarero le atender\u00e1 en su tumbona.\n- Una vez reservadas, las tumbonas se mantendr\u00e1n a su disposici\u00f3n durante todo el d\u00eda.\n- No se devolver\u00e1 el importe en caso de no presentarse.\n- No se devolver\u00e1 el importe en caso de mal tiempo.\n<h4>11.
