Reservierung<\/h4>\nDie Reservierung zwischen Ihnen und \"The Coral d.o.o.\" oder deren Vertreter kommt mit Ihrer elektronischen Zustimmung zustande. Wir vermitteln oder schlie\u00dfen die Reservierung im Namen des Vermieters ab. Mit der Ausf\u00fchrung der Zahlung stimmt der Mieter den Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen und dem Abschluss des Mietvertrages zwischen ihm und dem Vermieter \"The Coral d.o.o.\" zu. Da die Korrespondenz in der Regel per E-Mail erfolgt, ist die gesamte Korrespondenz auch ohne Unterschrift g\u00fcltig und rechtsverbindlich.\n<h4>2. Stornierung und Erstattung<\/h4>\nBuchungen werden durch den Zahlungseingang, wie in Punkt 2 beschrieben, rechtskr\u00e4ftig.\nGem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 79 des kroatischen Verbraucherschutzgesetzes kann der Kunde die Buchung jederzeit stornieren, aber der Anbieter der Dienstleistung (The Coral d.o.o.) beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, keine R\u00fcckerstattung vorzunehmen, sondern dem Kunden eine alternative L\u00f6sung anzubieten - die Bereitstellung eines Gutscheins f\u00fcr den bezahlten Betrag. Der Kunde kann den Gutschein jederzeit f\u00fcr eine andere Dienstleistung einl\u00f6sen, nachdem er sich beim Anbieter der Dienstleistung (The Coral d.o.o.) \u00fcber die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit am gew\u00e4hlten Datum erkundigt hat.\n<h4>4. Dauer des Mietvertrags<\/h4>\nDie Laufzeit des Mietvertrags endet am Tag der Anmietung mit der Schlie\u00dfung des Coral Beach Club. Die Schlie\u00dfungszeiten finden Sie auf der Website des Coral Beach Club.\n<h4>5. Maximale Anzahl von Personen<\/h4>\nDie H\u00f6chstzahl der Personen pro Liege h\u00e4ngt von der Art der Liege ab. Eine einzelne Sonnenliege ist auf eine Person begrenzt. Eine Doppelliege ist auf 2 Personen begrenzt.\n<h4>6. Bestandsaufnahme<\/h4>\nDer Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Mietsache und das Inventar pfleglich zu behandeln. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich auch, f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den, f\u00fcr die er pers\u00f6nlich verantwortlich gemacht werden kann, aufzukommen. Sch\u00e4den oder Beanstandungen sind dem Personal des Coral Beach Clubs mitzuteilen, sobald diese auftreten oder bemerkt werden, damit diese Sch\u00e4den beseitigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die vom Club zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Handt\u00fccher und Matratzenschutzh\u00fcllen nur f\u00fcr die Sonnenliegen verwendet werden d\u00fcrfen. Sie d\u00fcrfen nicht als Strandauflage oder als Kissen f\u00fcr Haustiere verwendet werden. Sonnenliegen d\u00fcrfen nur mit Matratzenschonern benutzt werden. Die Verwendung von Handt\u00fcchern als Abdeckung ist nicht gestattet. Gartenm\u00f6bel wie St\u00fchle, Liegest\u00fchle, Sonnenschirme usw. d\u00fcrfen nicht vom Gel\u00e4nde entfernt werden.\n<h4>7. Haftung<\/h4>\na) Sollte aus Gr\u00fcnden, die au\u00dferhalb der Zust\u00e4ndigkeit von \"The Coral d.o.o.\" liegen, eine Liege nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, beh\u00e4lt sich \"The Coral d.o.o.\" das Recht vor, eine Umvermietung vorzunehmen und dem Mieter eine gleichwertige Liege zu vermieten oder den Mietvertrag zu k\u00fcndigen und den gezahlten Betrag zur\u00fcckzuzahlen. \"The Coral d.o.o.\" oder deren Partner k\u00f6nnen nicht f\u00fcr eine Minderung des Mietwertes durch vor\u00fcbergehend erh\u00f6hte L\u00e4rmemissionen (z.B. Baustelle, Verkehrsumleitung) oder vor\u00fcbergehenden Mangel an Haushaltsger\u00e4ten oder M\u00e4ngel in der Wasser- und Stromversorgung haftbar gemacht werden. Andere m\u00f6gliche Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche k\u00f6nnen nur bis zur H\u00f6he des vertraglich vereinbarten Mietpreises geltend gemacht werden.\nb) \"The Coral d.o.o.\" kann nicht f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den (Unf\u00e4lle, Verluste, Versp\u00e4tungen usw.) haftbar gemacht werden.\n<h4>8. \u00c4nderungen<\/h4>\nWir behalten uns das Recht vor, die in diesen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen enthaltenen Informationen und Preise zu \u00e4ndern. \"The Coral d.o.o.\" beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, die Preise entsprechend den W\u00e4hrungsschwankungen oder W\u00e4hrungs\u00e4nderungen anzupassen, auch im Rahmen der Eurokrise.\n<h4>9. Datenschutzpolitik<\/h4>\nDas Unternehmen \"The Coral d.o.o.\" behandelt die privaten Daten der Kunden gem\u00e4\u00df der geltenden Gesetzgebung. Die Daten werden in unser elektronisches System eingegeben und werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Ausgenommen hiervon sind F\u00e4lle, in denen wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.\n<h4>10. Ort der Gerichtsbarkeit<\/h4>\nDubrovnik-Kroatien\nBedingungen f\u00fcr die Nutzung\n- Frische Handt\u00fccher sowie ein Matratzenbezug sind im Preis enthalten\n- Ein Kellner wird Sie auf Ihrer Sonnenliege betreuen.\n- Einmal gebuchte Sonnenliegen werden f\u00fcr den ganzen Tag f\u00fcr Sie bereitgehalten.\n- Die Geb\u00fchren werden bei Nichterscheinen nicht zur\u00fcckerstattet.\n- Bei schlechtem Wetter werden die Geb\u00fchren nicht zur\u00fcckerstattet.\n<h4>11. Newsletter-Abonnement und Marketingkommunikation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit dem Kauf auf unserer Website erkl\u00e4rt sich der Benutzer damit einverstanden, Marketing-E-Mails zu erhalten, einschlie\u00dflich Werbeaktionen, Sonderangebote und Aktualisierungen in Bezug auf unsere Dienstleistungen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Abonnement des Newsletters ist automatisch bei der Kaufabwicklung als Teil
